There are so many motherboard manufacturers from different countries. To find our your motherboard name and model; simply press WIN+R and types ‘msinfo32‘ and hit Enter. And look for BaseBoard Product.. That’s motherboard model name and above model name you should see motherboard manufacturer.
To download audio driver from motherboard website; Google mother manufacture + model number and go to download/support page and scroll down and up to find the audio driver download tag and download it.
