I was getting this error because I did not have nay FAQ created on my pages. So, I went ahead and wrote a few answers and questions using FAQ block.
To make sure that I have added content to the mainEntry, I tested my page with schema markup testing tool, and technically it was picking up the mainEntry content from the page.
