With both Singular & P luralSubjects : had been + V-ing
Affirmative Sentences
SUB + had + been + (V-ing) + Object + for/since.
Negative Sentences
SUB + had + NOT + been + (V-ing) + Object + for/since.
Interrogative Sentences
Starting with KYA
Had + Subject + been + (V-ing) + Object + for/since?
